• Do you deliver to my area?

  Every Friday our team is offering a local delivery service. We are offering a delivery service free of charge for orders over £25 (a small delivery charge of £3 will be applied for orders under this value) to local villages including Mickleton, Middleton, Forest in Teesdale, Romaldkirk, Egglestone, Cotherstone, Lartington, Barnard Castle, Startforth, Staindrop and surrounding areas of West Auckland and Darlington, Kirby Stephen, Brough, Richmond, Crook, Willington, Consett, Lanchester, Durham, Stanhope, Frosterley, Wolsingham are now included in our delivery radius.

  Not on the list. Please ask for further details. If you do not fit into one of our delivery areas, we do offer a collection service or can arrange for it to be couriered.

• Can I collect my order?

  Yes, you can use our free collection service.

  With no extra fee, we are offering a contactless, collection service on a Friday morning from 10am – 12noon. Orders can be collected from the side door of The Crown. Signage at the end of the building will direct you. If this time is not suitable please let us know as we will do our uppermost to accommodate alternative collection times.

• When do I need to place my order by?

  Orders are to be placed by 9pm Wednesday for delivery Friday.

• Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

  Yes we do, we ask when you place your order to let us be aware of your dietary requirements and will adjust the dishes to meet your needs. All dishes are noted with allergies and dietary requirements.

• How much do dishes cost?

  Meals are individually priced and are produced as a recommended single person size. Multiple portions should be ordered to suit bigger households.

  Desserts:£4 per person

  Sides:

  Selection varies each week from: Steamed Greens, creamy mash, spicy potato wedges, fluffy rice, garlic bread, flatbread, rosemary & garlic roasted new potatoes, house slaw, corn on the cob and many more.

  All sides are served as a 2 person portion and priced at £2.50 each
